Production Director Role

We are seeking an experienced Production Leader to drive delivery across multiple teams. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for turning company priorities into clear operational plans with measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead weekly production standups and 1:1s with team leads to build people leadership capability.
- Own the production calendar and resourcing view, coordinating budgets and reviewing estimates.
- Set decision gates and quality checks for shoots, edits, publishing, and events.
- Oversee event delivery at a program level, ensuring timely, on-brand, and budget-friendly execution.
- Guide content and video production cadence and standards, driving practical process improvements that enhance quality and ROI.
- Align help/education content with product releases for accurate, clear, and easy-to-use guides.
- Track outcomes and performance, sharing updates with stakeholders.
- Proven experience in live events and content creation.
- Ability to transform ideas into practical outputs.
- Practical skills to unblock and strategic thinking to guide.
- Willingness to relocate and occasional travel.
