Director of Operations

The Assistant Director plays a vital leadership role in supporting the centre team to deliver high-quality early learning and care.
This position requires an experienced early learning professional who can inspire, motivate and drive continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Centre Director in leading the team to provide high-quality early learning and care
- Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team
- Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director's absence
About the Centre:
We are a 75-place 5-room service located in Glenorchy. We work closely with our families and local community networks to provide a welcoming and inclusive environment.
Our centre is dedicated to delivering exceptional early learning and care. We believe that every child deserves a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters their growth and development.
