Oracle EPM Finance Functional Owner Role

The successful candidate will lead the strategic direction, governance and value realization of the Oracle EPM platform across all finance modules. This includes planning, forecasting, budgeting and financial close processes.

  • Leverage your expertise to define and own the EPM product functionality and feature roadmap.
  • Evaluate and implement EPM solutions ensuring business outcomes and user satisfaction are met.
  • Drive transformation by leading business case creation for funding into Oracle EPM modules.
  • Collaborate with SMEs and system accountants/business analysts to shape functional requirements.
  • Prioritize fixes and coordinate cross-team resolution efforts on system issues.

We Are Looking For:

A Chartered accountant with strong understanding of FP&A, financial close and reconciliation processes.

Previous EPM implementation experience from the consulting industry is highly regarded, along with relevant certification in EPM products.

Leadership experience in implementing Oracle EPM or finance systems.

Product ownership or agile delivery expertise.

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

A passion for driving innovation and sustainability in our projects.

The ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business environment while maintaining resilience and flexibility.
