Gameplay Programmer Position

Description:

  • We are looking for an experienced game programmer to design and implement core gameplay systems and control interfaces using C++ and game script.
  • Candidates will work closely with designers, artists, and animators to create engaging gameplay experiences.

About the Role:

  1. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in low-level software development and 2 years in the video games industry or a related field.
  2. A strong understanding of top-down design, object-oriented programming, design patterns, and game design principles is required.
  3. Candidates must be able to write well-structured and highly optimized C++ code and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

  • Highly organized with a proven ability to deliver on deadlines and produce stable, reliable, and well-documented code.
  • Create tools to facilitate the implementation of game features, improve iteration times, and increase productivity.
  • Tune and polish features to establish the correct look and feel for our games.
