We're seeking an accomplished software developer to spearhead the creation of innovative gameplay systems and interfaces. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and modifying core game logic, as well as experience working with C++ and scripting languages.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with designers, animators, and artists to bring new gameplay features to life.
- Develop tools to streamline game development and improve iteration times.
- Produce high-quality, well-documented code that is stable, reliable, and efficient.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of low-level software development experience, including at least 2 years in the video games industry or a related field.
- Strong understanding of top-down design, object-oriented programming, and game design principles.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized with a proven ability to deliver on deadlines.

Desirable Skills:
- Experience working in large codebases with proprietary engines.
- Prior experience shipping titles on Xbox or PlayStation consoles.
- In-depth knowledge of multithreaded synchronization primitives.
