High-Performance Planner Leadership RoleJob Description

The role of Works Ready Team Leader is a high-performance leadership position that involves leading a team of planners to drive high standards of work readiness. The successful candidate will oversee job scoping, outage management, and materials ordering, ensuring that work packages meet compliance, HSEQ, and quality standards.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Leading and developing a team of planners to drive high standards of work readiness
  • Overseeing job scoping, outage management, and materials ordering
  • Ensuring work packages meet compliance, HSEQ, and quality standards
  • Championing smart work packaging strategies to optimize resources and customer outcomes
  • Promoting and embedding the use of digital tools to improve planning efficiency
  • Acting as an escalation point for complex planning issues or customer interface challenges
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Experience in electrical networks, project coordination, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience in work planning and order management within the electricity supply industry
  • A sound understanding of construction, maintenance, scheduling, and network operations
  • Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, GIS tools, and other work management systems
  • Leadership experience with the ability to coach, mentor, and build team capability
