At ESS, we provide multi-service capability to major companies operating in remote sites.

We are experiencing significant growth in the remote sector, particularly throughout the Central West region of NSW. Having recently been awarded a new project servicing Dubbo and Dunedoo regions, we are looking for experienced Health Coordinators during this exciting stage.

The successful candidate will work a 14:7 roster with 10-hour days, fly-in, fly-out from Sydney to Dubbo airport. Accommodation and meals are provided.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan engaging events on site
  • Conduct fitness activities and classes for residents
  • Implement company-wide health initiatives
  • Monitor sporting, leisure, and recreational activities and facilities on site
  • Conduct health assessments and gym inductions for residents
  • Provide educational seminars as required
  • Ensure communication and reporting processes are followed
Requirements
  • A Certificate IV in Fitness, Diploma of Sport and Recreation, or a health-related degree is essential
  • Minimum 12 months experience in a similar environment
  • Current first aid and CPR certificates are mandatory
  • An Australian manual driver's license
  • Experience conducting group fitness activities and classes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with technical aspects of gym and recreation facilities
  • High engagement focus with clients and village residents
