Job Title: Site Management Specialist
A leading security and facility services company is seeking a dedicated Site Management Specialist to support operations for remotely managed accounts.
The ideal candidate will perform on-site supervision of Security Professionals (SPs) and ensure site coverage at all times.

About the Role

This role requires a strong leader who can work closely with Operations Managers on a day-to-day basis to supervise remote service delivery. Key responsibilities include:

  • Visiting assigned post locations regularly to monitor performance, address daily operations issues, and communicate policy changes or company information;
  • Adjusting staffing schedules as needed and making post inspections to ensure professional image and quality standards are being maintained;
  • Conducting on-the-job training of new employees assigned to post, including reviewing post orders and routine responsibilities;
  • Responding to call-offs during shifts, identifying individuals to fill-in, and assisting with scheduling changes;
  • Identifying and addressing personnel problems occurring at posts, such as payroll issues or employee relations complaints;
  • Distributing information to posts as directed by management and responding to client or site emergencies;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent;
  • Licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and regulations;
  • A valid Driver's License with at least one year of driving experience;
  • No major violations within the last 36 months;
  • No more than one at-fault accident in the last 24 months;
  • Minimum three years of professional protective service experience;
  • Ability to write effective reports and use good independent judgment;
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills;
  • Ability to successfully interact with clients and colleagues;
