Director Engagement Lead

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our engagement initiatives. In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing the ACT Government's connection with the Canberra community.

  • Contribute to implementing an updated whole-of-government Engagement Framework.
  • Support strategic projects and help deliver engagement governance across government.
  • Collaborate with the ACT Public Service to improve engagement practices and foster cultural change.
About You:
  • Demonstrated experience in community engagement, communications, and strong understanding of government processes.
  • Excellent relationship management skills, strategic mindset, and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Engagement, Communications, or related field.
  • Accreditation with International Association of Public Participation (IAP2).
