Job Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Payroll Specialist to join our team in Brisbane, Australia.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Process monthly payroll and oversee weekly/fortnightly cycles.
  • Manage superannuation, payroll tax, WorkCover, and compliance reporting.
  • Prepare detailed payroll reports and provide valuable insights to senior management.
  • Support seamless payroll integration for new acquisitions.
  • E nsure strict compliance with Australian employment laws and regulations.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years' payroll experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation and awards.
  • Proficiency with Excel and payroll systems.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or a fast-paced environment highly regarded.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
