About The Role
- To develop and maintain effective maintenance plans for underground mining assets, including Longwall equipment.
- To create and manage Bills of Materials (BOMs) with precision.
- Oversight of parts management to ensure timely availability and accuracy.
- Supporting the development and implementation of maintenance strategies to optimize plant and equipment reliability.
- Contributing to reliability improvements across plant and equipment through data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborating effectively with operations, maintenance, and supply teams.
About You
- Mechanical trade qualifications or significant site-based experience.
- 2+ years' experience in a maintenance planning role within mining or resources.
- Proficiency in SAP and other relevant software systems.
- Solid understanding of shutdown processes and work management systems.
- Experience developing and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for asset performance.
- Ability to facilitate planning workshops and liaise across all levels.
- A strong commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
