The Cyber Business Analyst plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between Sales and Operations at Triskele Labs. This position is instrumental in ensuring seamless service delivery for SOC clients, translating proposals into actionable documents that outline scope, KPIs, timelines, and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft Service Delivery Schedules in collaboration with Sales and Operations to provide clarity on proposal requirements.
  • Create 'as built' documentation to capture completed services for SOC clients, facilitating accurate reporting and adherence to SOC standards.
  • Evaluate SOC proposals for feasibility and alignment with delivery capabilities, ensuring a smooth handover from Sales to Operations.
  • Serve as the business-focused advisor within the Technical Customer Success team, providing insights specific to SOC client needs and ensuring documentation accuracy.
  • Support SOC client onboarding by outlining expected service outcomes and deliverables, promoting client satisfaction.

Requirements:

Technical Skills:

  • Fundamental understanding of SOC environments and cybersecurity principles to assess, document, and communicate SOC-specific services.
  • Experience in creating structured documentation, particularly around service agreements and SOC-specific delivery requirements.
  • Awareness of SOC performance metrics and KPIs, as well as reporting standards.

Business Skills:

  • Strong business acumen to translate SOC client needs and sales objectives into detailed, actionable deliverables.
  • Proven ability to act as a liaison between Sales, Operations, and the Customer Success teams.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, ensuring SOC service schedules and 'as built' documents are precise and comprehensive.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to produce clear, client-facing SOC documentation.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to anticipate and address challenges in SOC service delivery.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams, aligning multiple perspectives to ensure SOC service excellence.
