Job Opportunity:

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-impact digital transformation journey. As Digital Transformation Lead, you will be responsible for developing and delivering the organisation's technology strategy and multi-year transformation roadmap.

About the Role:
  • You will oversee software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems functions.
  • Lead the delivery of business-critical projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget outcomes.
  • Build and mentor high-performing teams across local and offshore operations.
  • Establish and enhance governance, risk management, and cybersecurity frameworks.
  • Partner with executive leaders to align technology priorities with commercial goals.
  • Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and technology investments to maximise ROI.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years in senior technology leadership roles spanning infrastructure and software.
  • Proven track record in enterprise transformation and system integration programs.
  • Strong technical grounding in modern architectures, development frameworks, and databases.
  • Deep knowledge of IT service management, governance, and cybersecurity best practice.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills at executive level.
  • Experience managing budgets, vendors, and distributed teams.
  • Industry exposure to manufacturing, FMCG, logistics, or high-automation environments will be valued.
