Job Description

 

The Capture Lead will be responsible for leading the capture team to secure a significant role in Test and Evaluation (T&E) in Australia. This involves developing and implementing a capture strategy, building relationships with senior management, and delivering timely and successful outcomes.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

 

To be successful in this role, you will have:

 

  • A proven track record in hands-on execution of major captures in a competitive terrain, preferably with formal training in recognised best practice.
  • A background in major captures in the Maritime Domain.
  • A proven track record in cradle-to-grave execution of win strategies, implementing capture through effective bid management and direction.
  • Solid experience working in Defence and Secure Government environments with particular focus on Defence and Aerospace markets within those environments.
  • An established network with the Defence and Secure Government markets with strong reputation built upon consistent delivery.
  • Strong collaboration ethos with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to lead teams of senior professionals that span business and functional boundaries.
  • Deep customer domain knowledge and relationships, ability to provide thought leadership to customers in complex domains and develop compelling QinetiQ propositions to deliver on this thought leadership.
  • Relevant experience of winning business with customers and industrial partners in a demonstrably similar environment.
