Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled consultant to provide high-quality support to clients by processing insurance renewals, endorsements, and policy updates.

  • Process insurance renewals, endorsements, and policy updates across a portfolio of representatives.
  • Underwrite risks within your delegation, ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines and monitoring the quality of submissions.
  • Manage emails, coordinate post-outs, handle incoming calls, and support debtor follow-ups.
  • Earn ANZIIF Tier 2 General Insurance Compliance certification within six months.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be tech-savvy, confident using multiple systems to manage tasks efficiently. You should also possess strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and active listening skills.
