We are seeking an experienced professional to fill this 180-degree recruitment role. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing assignments, including candidate sourcing and market mapping, writing reports and coordinating interviews.

This role focuses on delivery, candidate management, and supporting long-standing client relationships. You'll help deliver high-quality recruitment outcomes for government authorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support executive search assignments by preparing longlists, shortlists, reports, and advertising content within government contexts
  • Undertake targeted research, market mapping, and database mining to identify suitable talent
  • Liaise with local and state government stakeholders and support selection panel coordination
  • Manage assignment documentation in accordance with relevant legislation and ensure compliance across all recruitment activity
  • Build and maintain talent pools and pipelines of public sector professionals
  • Ensure CRM records are accurate and current
  • Monitor assignment progress, providing regular updates to consultants and clients
  • Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, or candidate care

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience working within a recruitment context for the state and/or local government sector. A strong understanding of managing a CRM and digital advertising platforms is also essential.
