Ventia is seeking an experienced professional to lead the delivery of high-value infrastructure projects, including greenfield developments and upgrade works. The successful candidate will focus on driving end-to-end project execution, ensuring scope, budget, and timelines are met while coordinating with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to deliver successful outcomes.

    • Key Responsibilities:\

      • Lead end-to-end project delivery within scope, time, and budget\
      • Oversee financial performance and reporting\
      • Manage stakeholder relationships and client communications\
      • Coordinate with engineering, technical services, and field operations\
      • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards\
      • Drive continuous improvement and strategic planning\
      • Support team development and succession planning\
      • Requirements:\
        • \
        • Demonstrated experience delivering projects/programs valued at $20M+\
        • Ideally strong knowledge of wireless construction, including civil, electrical, rigging, and technology\
        • Proven ability to interpret technical drawings and manage subcontractors\
        • Diploma in Project Management or equivalent\
        • Experience in stakeholder engagement, commercial acumen, and strategic influence\
        • A collaborative leadership style and commitment to safety and quality\
