Job Description

As a Senior Educator, you will take charge of your own room, leading a team of Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of children.
  • Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices.
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive environment that promotes learning and development.
  • Lead a team of Educators to achieve better outcomes for the future.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Current Qld Working with Children Check.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver outstanding results.
