**Job Title:** Lead Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking an experienced and passionate early childhood educator to join our team. As a lead educator, you will play a key role in shaping the learning experiences of young children and supporting their growth and development.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team of educators who share your passion for delivering high-quality education and care to children. As a lead educator, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing engaging and challenging learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of children
  • Supervising and mentoring junior educators to ensure they have the skills and confidence to provide high-quality care and education
  • Monitoring and reporting on the progress and development of children, ensuring they meet their individual learning goals
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current Queensland Working with Children Check
