We are seeking an exceptional educator to join our team and take on the role of Lead Educator. In this position, you will have the opportunity to inspire and mentor a group of educators, guiding them to excellence in their work.

Our Program
  • As a Lead Educator, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standard (NQS).

Ideally, you will have:

  • A focus on the Image of Child.
  • Proven ability to plan, implement, and evaluate programs aligned with EYLF & NQS.
  • Leadership experience mentoring educators to meet high standards in curriculum and documentation.
  • An ACECQA-approved Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • A current Working with Children's Check relevant to your state.
  • Additional Child Protection Training or willingness to obtain before starting.
  • Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates, or willingness to acquire.
