We are seeking a dedicated and passionate leader to join our educational team as the Head of Department - Teaching and Learning. In this role, you will play a pivotal leadership position in shaping and advancing the educational direction of our school, ensuring that curriculum priorities align seamlessly with both school and departmental initiatives.

As a collaborative and supportive leader, you will contribute to the broader vision of our educational division, driving excellence through the development of high-quality teaching and learning practices. Your leadership will foster a culture of continuous improvement, where strong, positive relationships with students, staff, and key stakeholders are cultivated and maintained.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the school department to develop, articulate, and commit to a shared educational vision focused on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
  • Embed socially just practices in daily school life.
  • Set high standards for student and staff performance.
  • Actively participate in lifelong learning and ongoing professional development.
  • Form partnerships with students, parents, other government agencies, and community groups.
