Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Home Maintenance Specialist to join our team. This role involves coordinating maintenance and modification projects, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage referrals from start to finish
  • E nsure accurate recording of client information for effective completion of required works
  • Delegate work received through various sources, including My Aged Care and NDIS referrals
  • Streamline office processes and ensure adherence to guidelines
  • Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, meeting deadlines
  • Maintain financial records relevant to client cases
  • Submit collected information to support funding body requirements
  • Provide telephone support and process new incoming referrals (Intake functions)
  • Liaise with contractors and other service providers as needed
  • Maintain client files and filing systems
  • Receive and dispatch mail

Requirements:

  • Strong coordination and planning skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Good computer literacy, particularly in database maintenance/entry
  • Capacity to set priorities and achieve them
  • Ability to meet company's KPIs
