Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Home Assurance Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong administration experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule quality assurance inspections and warranty jobs
  • Manage pre-warranty and 12-month maintenance administration
  • Support Home Assurance Inspectors with job allocation and follow-ups
  • Liaise with customers, trades, and internal teams
  • Coordinate display home and office maintenance programs

The successful candidate will have strong administration and customer service experience, excellent time management skills, and great interpersonal abilities.
