Manufacturing Operations Lead

This role oversees all manufacturing, labelling, and packaging activities across a global network. The successful candidate will implement effective processes and practices to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulations.
The Pharmaceutical Production Manager is responsible for producing drug products for clinical trials, including sterile fill finish, as well as labelling and packaging for clinical trials. This includes ensuring operations meet quality requirements in accordance with cGMP/cGCP and relevant licenses.
About the Role:- Lead a team of production specialists to deliver high-quality products within strict timelines and budget constraints.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
- Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to Health, Safety, and Environmental procedures.
- Foster a culture of accountability and high performance among production colleagues.
- At least 15 years of industry experience in pharmaceutical production management within a global organization.
- Proven track record of leadership and management, including direct and indirect reports.
- Hands-on experience with Oral Solid Dose and Aseptic product manufacturing.
- Prior experience with Sterile Fill Finish.
- Demonstrated expertise in Lean Management principles.
- Excellent written and verbal skills with good attention to detail.
- Bachelor of Science, Engineering, or equivalent degree.
- Thorough understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice.
