We are seeking a Transformation Lead to spearhead the implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system in our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute a comprehensive ERP implementation plan, encompassing planning, execution, and post-go-live support.
  • Serve as the primary interface between the project team, business stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Align the ERP rollout with our manufacturing operations, ensuring seamless integration with finance, warehousing, and supply chain functions.
  • Oversee project governance, delivery roadmap, vendor coordination, risk management, and change management initiatives.
  • Foster strong user adoption and develop post-go-live support strategies.
Requirements:
  • Recent experience delivering ERP implementations in manufacturing or industrial environments.
  • Ability to navigate complex project boards and engage with senior stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of managing external ERP vendors/partners.
  • Strong understanding of operational workflows and business processes within manufacturing.
  • Willingness to work on-site to ensure effective delivery and engagement.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
