We are seeking an exceptional Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead our production team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process, ensuring maximum efficiency and quality.

Job Responsibilities
  • Review production orders to determine product requirements and scheduled delivery dates
  • Forecast and organize available labour to achieve operational objectives
  • Facilitate communication between team members to guarantee customer needs are being met
  • Foster an environment where all production employees strive to continually improve their performance and customer focus
  • Ensure training is conducted in areas that enhance overall performance and implement continuous improvement practices
  • Enforce adherence to safe work practices
Requirements
  • A trade, professional, or equivalent background with significant experience in a manufacturing organization in a supervisory role
  • Broad knowledge of manufacturing, quality, safety, and information systems
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and computer communication skills, with the ability to read and understand engineering and assembly drawings and manufacturing procedures
  • Ability to prepare and present reports to senior management
  • Outstanding leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
