Digital Discovery Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrated knowledge and skills in relevant technical areas including digital object content management, digitisation of text and other formats, and web authoring and editing.
- Techncial knowledge and expertise in the use of relevant metadata standards and normalisation practices to deliver a highly functional and user-friendly library discovery service.
- Ability to work flexibly in a small team, meet changing demands, and coordinate tasks under broad direction.
- Ability to develop and implement support strategies, including training and development of guidelines.
- High-level interpersonal, consultation, and negotiation skills, including liaising effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience:
A relevant degree with subsequent relevant experience; or extensive experience and specialist expertise; an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
