Search Strategy Lead

We're redefining performance marketing with cutting-edge technology. Our ANZ division is looking for a leader to shape the vision and drive innovation across multiple search platforms.

This role requires owning the search strategy and vision across ANZ, setting the roadmap for how we dominate search and performance marketing on multiple platforms. The focus will be on delivering high-performing SEM teams and taking full ownership of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROAS, CPC, conversions, and quality scores.

This is a data-driven environment where collaboration with AI engineers, data scientists, and product teams is essential to launch new features and enhance results. A thought leader is required to represent us externally and help shape the platform internally with your insights.

We're seeking someone with proven experience leading and scaling high-performance SEM or search teams. Strong technical expertise across Google, Meta, and Bing ecosystems, along with hands-on experience in advanced automation and Performance Max, is required. Excellent communication skills are also essential.
