Search Marketing Leader

Job Summary

As Search Marketing Leader, you will lead our ANZ division, shaping the vision and driving innovation across Google, Meta and Bing platforms. You will oversee the design, execution and optimisation of advanced campaigns including Performance Max, DSA and integrated search.

Key responsibilities include owning the search strategy and vision across ANZ, setting the roadmap for how we dominate search and performance marketing on multiple platforms. You will also mentor SEM specialists, build a culture of experimentation and innovation, and ensure every campaign delivers measurable impact.

  • Proven experience leading and scaling high-performance SEM or search teams
  • Strong technical expertise across Google, Meta and Bing ecosystems with hands-on experience in advanced automation and Performance Max
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to translate performance metrics into actionable strategies
  • Excellent communication skills to bridge technical, strategic and client-facing discussions
  • Genuine passion for innovation, mentoring and delivering results in a fast-paced AI-first environment
