Job Description

A Data Analyst at SRG will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, identifying trends, and developing sophisticated forecasting models to optimize our business operations. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decisions and stay ahead of the competition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect, clean, and transform complex data from various sources to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Build and implement advanced forecasting models using statistical and machine learning techniques.
  • Analyze model performance, interpret results, and communicate actionable insights to key stakeholders.
  • Create compelling visualizations and dashboards to effectively communicate complex data and trends.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on forecasting models.
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools.
  • Strong understanding of statistical analysis, machine learning, and time-series analysis.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills coupled with a strong attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive benefits such as discounts across all brands, EAP, gym membership discounts, and more.
