Position Title: Operations Graduate Program

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented graduate to join our Operations Graduate Program. This is a specialized 2-year rotational experience that will provide you with valuable broad, multi-functional exposure across operations.

As part of this program, you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of our operations, including technical operations and manufacturing. You will also have the opportunity to work on capital and optimization projects, lead/assist with them and contribute to our organization's growth.

The program is designed to help you develop leadership capabilities, build relationships and learn from experienced professionals. You will be working alongside passionate individuals who are committed to supporting your career ambitions, drive, and success.

Requirements:

  • Has or is studying a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Science or related discipline
  • Will graduate in February 2025, or has recently graduated in the last 12 months
  • Has full Australian working rights (Citizen or Permanent Resident)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
