We are seeking a recent graduate with a passion for supply chain management to join our team and contribute to the success of our procurement functions.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to drive operational efficiency and support strategic initiatives in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on purchasing and procurement, with experience in business, supply chain, and purchasing.

  • Supporting the achievement of procurement targets and working capital initiatives.
  • Collaborating with the team to optimise inventory management and eliminate single points of failure.
  • Gaining experience in SAP MRP (Material Requirements Planning) and reporting to drive operational efficiency.
  • Contributing to the overall success of the procurement function.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the team to achieve procurement budget targets, working capital initiatives, and inventory reduction efforts.
  • Assisting with tactical initiatives to enhance purchasing, including supporting Engineering Efficiency Initiatives and enabling growth in Parts Operations.
  • Collaborating with the team to optimise inventory management, eliminate single points of failure, and drive integrated JIT (Just-in-Time) operations.
  • Gaining experience in SAP MRP (Material Requirements Planning) and reporting to drive operational efficiency.
  • Contributing to the overall success of the procurement functions within the organisation.
About You

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated passion for the purchasing and procurement industry, qualification/experience in business, supply chain, and purchasing, and be based in or near Ballarat. This is not a hybrid role.
