Forensic Schedule Lead: Construction Expertise

We are seeking an experienced Forensic Schedule Lead to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our Contract Services group, you will lead schedule claims analysis for our Infrastructure and Natural Resource clients.
About the RoleThis leadership role is responsible for providing claims analysis assistance across our clients' projects. You will work closely with our team to develop strategies for recovering performance of distressed projects or major programmes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the analysis of time-based claims up or down the supply-chain, ensuring successful negotiated resolution.
- Critically analyse project and major programme performance, identifying root causes of distress.
- Develop strategies to successfully recover performance of distressed projects or major programmes.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Professionally qualified in construction, cost management, engineering, or project management.
- Experience in leading schedule claims analysis, preferably gained within the construction environment or Natural Resources.
- A strong track record of providing scheduling/planning advice and managing client relationships.

- An attractive salary of AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
