Warehouse Operations Coordinator

The Warehouse Support role involves working in a fast-paced environment where you will assist with daily loads, coordinate with drivers and partners, and maintain efficient operations.
Main Responsibilities- Prepare reports and assist with package tracking and processing.
- Handle incoming and outgoing packages to ensure smooth goods flow.
- Work closely with Drivers and Delivery Partners to coordinate loadout and resolve delivery issues.
- Liaise with the call center to assist with customer updates or queries.
- Partner with Supervisors and team members to maintain day-to-day operations.
- Assist with truck loading and unloading, ensuring packages are sorted and ready on time.
- Support the sortation team during peak times to meet delivery deadlines.
- Experience in a warehouse position and in the transportation sector.
- Strong customer service and solutions-focused mindset.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to lift up to 25kgs.
