About our Warehouse Support Role

Job Overview:

We seek a motivated and well-organised individual to support the smooth operation of our busy warehouse.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, ensuring accurate documentation and storage
  • Confirming orders in our warehousing system, providing exceptional customer service to customers
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring up-to-date stock levels
  • Assisting with coordination of warehouse activities, including inbound and outbound logistics
  • Providing administrative support to the wider warehouse and logistics team
  • Complying with all health, safety and quality procedures to ensure a safe working environment
Essential Skills:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics or administrative role, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG industry
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
  • Excellent attention to detail, commitment to accuracy in record-keeping
  • Collaborative attitude, ability to work effectively with colleagues across the business
  • Superior communication skills, highly focused on delivering excellent customer service
  • Intermediate computer skills, proficiency in using various warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • High risk work licence highly desirable
