Warehouse Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse, ensuring that all goods are received, stored, and dispatched efficiently and effectively.

Job Description:
  • Supervise and coordinate the collection and delivery of goods.
  • Ensure compliance with Customs, other relevant regulators, and internal policies.
  • Oversee the unloading, checking, positioning, and reporting of goods into the warehouse.
  • Perform appraisal of staff and take corrective action where necessary.
  • Record internal and external transactions, including document change requests and skills inventory.
  • Ensure regular servicing and maintenance of warehouse equipment and vehicles.
  • Maintain a safe working environment that conforms to OH&S requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with customs regulations and procedures.
