Job Title: Senior Earthmoving Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our earthmoving operations team on major civil projects in Newcastle and Central Coast, NSW.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in subdivisions and earthmoving to take their career to the next level and work on high-profile projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage daily site activities focusing on subdivision and earthmoving operations.
  • Supervise and train subcontractors and labor on-site to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Ensure all works are completed in accordance with safety, environmental, and quality procedures.
  • Liaise with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Maintain accurate site records and daily progress reports.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in subdivisions-earthmoving works on civil infrastructure projects.
  • Solid understanding of safety and quality standards in construction.
  • Strong communication and team management skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
  • White Card and relevant tickets/certifications required.
  • Full Australian working rights.
