Job Opportunity: Earthmoving Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Earthmoving Site Manager to join our team on major civil projects in Newcastle & Central Coast, NSW.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Subdivisions and Earthmoving operations, with a proven track record of successfully managing site activities, subcontractors and labour.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily site activities, focusing on Subdivision and Earthmoving operations
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors and labour on-site to ensure project timelines and quality standards
  • Interpret construction drawings and specifications to inform site operations
  • Ensure all works are completed in accordance with safety, environmental and quality procedures
  • Liaise with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Monitor and maintain accurate site records and progress reports
  • Lead toolbox talks and ensure team compliance with OHS regulations
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Earthmoving and Subdivision works on civil infrastructure projects
  • Solid understanding of safety and quality standards in construction
  • Strong communication and team management skills
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
  • White Card and relevant tickets/certifications required
  • Full Australian working rights
