Civil Project Manager Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Project Manager to lead our team on major civil projects in Newcastle & Central Coast, NSW.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily site activities, focusing on Subdivision and Earthmoving operations
  • Manage subcontractors and labour on-site to ensure project timelines and quality standards
  • Interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Ensure all works are completed in accordance with safety, environmental, and quality procedures
  • Liaise with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate site records and daily progress reports
  • Lead toolbox talks and ensure team compliance with OHS regulations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Subdivision and Earthmoving works on civil infrastructure projects
  • Solid understanding of safety and quality standards in construction
  • Strong communication and team management skills
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
  • White Card and relevant tickets/certifications required
  • Full Australian working rights
