Centre Director

We are seeking an experienced Centre Director to lead our team at a Reggio Emilia inspired play space that extends both inside and outside, setting children's imagination alight through engagement and discovery.

  • Lead a well-established and much-loved team in a Reggio Emilia environment that fosters creativity and curiosity among young learners.
  • Enjoy world-class facilities and resources, as well as comprehensive support from a dedicated Service Administrator and Curriculum Leader.
  • Achieve autonomy and ownership of the service's operation while receiving regular guidance from the Management Team.

The Ideal Candidate
  • Possess great experience as a Service Director and a passion for mentoring and leading teams to exceptional heights.
  • Have a vision to support local families and their children by being a voice for all children and educators.
  • Be a key contributor to delivering outstanding results and exceeding expectations for both children and Educators.
Requirements
  • Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or a Bachelor of Education.
  • Hold a valid Working with Children Check or be willing to obtain one.
  • Hold a current First Aid Certificate or be willing to obtain one.
  • Have experience leading a team is highly regarded.
