Product Leader Opportunity

This is an exciting chance for a seasoned Product Manager to join the product team and contribute to the delivery and execution of the digital product strategy.

Reporting to the Head of Product, this role is responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of products and features, from concept through to build and then iterating post launch.

In this position, you will leverage your organisational skills, strength as a collaborator, understanding of websites and CMS, communication skills, and analytical skills to showcase your capabilities.

You will act as a mediator between consumers, technical teams, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning products and features throughout their entire lifecycle
  • Maintaining and contributing to the product roadmap
  • Be involved with requirements gathering, user story writing, feature development, and user acceptance testing
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to unpack business problems, provide expertise in product solutions, and share insights
  • Scope and prioritise activities based on business and customer impact
  • Being part of a supportive and collaborative team environment
  • Working with internal domain experts to build best-in-class experiences
  • Analyzing data to measure the impact of product improvements
  • Tracking and analyzing website experiments and initiatives for post-implementation reviews and ongoing optimisations.
  • Monitoring and evaluating product performance to facilitate continuous iteration and improvement
  • Managing the execution and delivery of editorial or marketing campaigns on the website
  • Partnering regularly with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on feature development and prioritisation
  • Supporting the product team to be leaders in the digital product space by knowing the brands and audience, pulling insights, conducting AB testing, and directing areas of focus.
About You:
  • Recent experience in a product management or adjacent role
  • Confluence and JIRA experience

  • Possessing a passion for building great products to solve customer and business problems
  • Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills
  • Customer-first mindset, with an eye for detail
  • Enjoying building relationships and dealing with people

  • Appreciating working on a variety of different projects
  • Desirable – experience with Word Press and/or Adobe Analytics
