- Experience in Retail banking domain like Digital, Term Deposits, Payments, Cards etc.
- Overseeing the daily operations of the IT department and ensuring that systems are running smoothly.
- Developing and implementing policies, procedures, and processes to improve IT operations and increase efficiency and productivity.
- Experience of working with the technology team, understands Java spring boot, KAFKA concepts and can work closely with the assigned team independently
- Take end to end responsibility of a feature from analysis to movement to production
- Experience of working in an Agile environment
- Requirements Elicitation, Analysis and Documentation. Should be able to extract and document explicit, implicit functional and non-functional requirements
- Experience in creating Roadmaps, Product backlog /MVP definition/define Epics, Features, User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
- Experience in presenting the status regularly and escalation of issues at the right time to the Leadership Teams and stakeholders
- Experience of working in both Development and Application support teams in large Banking projects
- Play an active role in mitigating team impediments during the day-to-day work in collaboration with other teams and stakeholders
- Knowledge about digital product development will be an added advantage
- Experience of working in an offshore
- Onsite environment and handling stakeholders remotely in different time zones
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment in a cross functional environment in the organization
- Excellent analytical skill and problem-solving skills with a consultative mindset & collaborative and can-do attitude
- Ability to take ownership of business requirements and devise and develop solutions and ensure release to production
- Experience of working closely with Business stakeholders, cross functional teams and other stakeholders in the organization.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

- IT operations background
- Have experience in Infrastructure Application life cycle Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Vendor Management, Asset Management, Deployment and Release Management.
- Working Experience in Monitoring Tools (Splunk)
- Proven experience in ITIL, Life Cycle management, asset maintenance and tech debt management and execution in alignment with cross IT functions
- Developing engineering capability and effectiveness in a team while also managing executive level stakeholders at the same time
- Strong history in support/operations with hands on L2 and L3 Application support
