The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of the Early Childhood and Middle Years programs, ensuring high-quality services are delivered to families. They will lead a dedicated team of practitioners, fostering a strengths-based approach that promotes child development and family wellbeing.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of professionals in early childhood and middle years programs
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with service agreements, policies, and procedures
- Maintain strong relationships with local communities, stakeholders, and referral services
- Identify, manage, and monitor risks to service delivery, program quality, staff wellbeing, and child safeguarding
- Advocate on behalf of children, parents, and carers, promoting their rights and interests
The successful candidate will possess:
- Experience in leading high-performing teams in early childhood and middle years settings
- Strong networking and consultation skills
- Knowledge of child protection issues and commitment to upholding child protection processes
- Qualifications in Community Services, Social Work, Psychology, or related fields
