About the Role
">- Provide wound, catheter, stoma and bowel care to clients in their own homes.
- Administer medications and injections as required.
- Conduct chronic disease management assessments and develop individualised care plans.
- Communicate effectively with families, other clinicians, and the wider care team.
Requirements
">- Degree or postgraduate qualification in Nursing.
- Experience in community nursing preferred.
- 2+ years post-grad broad experience in general nursing.
- Current registration with the AHPRA, with zero notations.
- Genuine interest in working with the aged population (experience an advantage).
- Compassion, enthusiasm, and a friendly approach.
- Strong experience in wound and catheter care.
- Advanced clinical assessment skills for chronic disease management.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- A current Australian driver's licence.
