About the Role

  • Provide wound, catheter, stoma and bowel care to clients in their own homes.
  • Administer medications and injections as required.
  • Conduct chronic disease management assessments and develop individualised care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with families, other clinicians, and the wider care team.

Requirements

">
  • Degree or postgraduate qualification in Nursing.
  • Experience in community nursing preferred.
  • 2+ years post-grad broad experience in general nursing.
  • Current registration with the AHPRA, with zero notations.
  • Genuine interest in working with the aged population (experience an advantage).
  • Compassion, enthusiasm, and a friendly approach.
  • Strong experience in wound and catheter care.
  • Advanced clinical assessment skills for chronic disease management.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • A current Australian driver's licence.
