Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our team at Optus. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our customers.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our customers. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.

You will work closely with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with your excellent communication and interpersonal skills, will enable you to provide exceptional support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality customer service and technical support to our customers via phone, email, and online chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a helpdesk or service desk environment
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of ITIL V3 framework and service management disciplines
