Job Title: Service Desk Manager - IT Support Lead

Job Summary:

The QANTM Technology Team is responsible for providing support to QANTM and its key brand companies. We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Manager to lead our IT support team and ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Service Desk team to achieve best customer service outcomes
  • Develop a standard operating procedure for the Service Desk team
  • Meet with key business representatives to incorporate feedback into continuous improvement
  • Ensure effective management of planned and reactive incidents
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for technology-related issues

Requirements:

  • Actively work with the Service Desk team to ensure all support requests are adequately prioritised
  • Work collaboratively with the QANTM technology team to contribute knowledge to the resolution of complex problems
  • Provide thought leadership in maximising efficiencies within existing systems
