About this role:

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team. As the Head of Onboard Software, you will be responsible for leading a group of dedicated professionals who contribute to the development of our product technology and roadmap.

Your key responsibilities will include delivering software features for our growing product portfolio, expanding capabilities to deliver features through various commercial strategies, and overseeing engineering release activities.

You will also be responsible for operational management of the team, including cost management, scheduling, prioritization, performance monitoring, recruitment, succession planning, and contributing to technology and product road mapping initiatives.

Key skills and qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need a degree qualification in Engineering or Computer Science, preferably with a postgraduate certificate in a technical or business/management discipline.

Key skills include analytical and problem-solving skills, experience with Agile software development methodology, commercially and financially astute, strong leadership and communication skills, and relationship management skills.
