The opportunity

This is an exciting role that requires someone who's eager to break away from traditional legal or corporate settings and take a leading position in bridging law and regulatory technology in a dynamic environment. With at least 4 years of professional experience, you'll have the chance to significantly influence product and customer outcomes, work closely on execution, implementation, and client service delivery, and ultimately enjoy long-term benefits through equity in the company once you've made a meaningful impact.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research, analyze complex legal requirements, and create engaging high-quality legal content that's easy for non-lawyers to understand.
  • Prepare comprehensive datasets and identify patterns, needs, and solutions to empower non-expert users to fulfill legal requirements and enhance decision-making and risk management.
  • Develop metrics to assess performance against various criteria, including legal, commercial, and individual aspects.
  • Prepare data points for training new AI/LLM models and capabilities.
  • Manage projects efficiently to ensure timely delivery and respond promptly to client service requests.

Ideal Attributes:

  • At least 4 years of professional legal or similar experience, preferably in a top-tier environment where you've learned to apply best practices and drive results.
  • Strong legal qualifications from a reputable institution in law or a related field (e.g., consulting, business management, marketing).
  • A good mind, with a commitment to delivering results and the grit to get it right.
  • You have a natural collaborative instinct; a habit of taking ownership, you're energized by challenges, and you seek out every opportunity to learn.
  • You can point to a set of professional and personal achievements and make a strong connection between cause and effect.
  • You have an implicit understanding of the law and how it impacts business, and a feel for models for applying legal and policy precepts in real-life situations.
