Job Title: Product Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled product strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, marketing, and innovation.

The primary purpose of this position is to develop and execute innovative strategies that drive business growth and improve market share.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute innovative strategies for the 4x4 & Cooper segment;
  • Support corporate cycles and planning initiatives;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive global projects and initiatives;

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Define and execute innovation strategy for the 4x4 & Cooper segments to support the company's strategy;
  • Schedule and manage new product launches;
  • Develop data-driven insights to inform strategy and drive decision-making;
  • Identify opportunities for portfolio simplification and improvement;
  • Collaborate with design and marketing teams to prepare communication packages;

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product and/or marketing management;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities;

Bonus Requirements:

  • Experience in technical-to-marketing communication;
  • Handling complex portfolios and project management;
  • Product development processes and budget management;
