- Oversee all aspects of facility operations, including staffing, compliance, and quality of care
- Maintain high standards of resident satisfaction and experience
- Develop and support staff through training initiatives and coaching
- Ensure adherence to relevant health and safety regulations and guidelines
- Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and the community
We are looking for a skilled leader with a strong commitment to delivering excellent aged care services.
- Qualifications: AHPRA registration, clinical background essential for this role
- Experience: Prior experience in aged care management or facility leadership roles
- Skills: Strong leadership, financial management, and communication abilities
